If this is your first visit at TKO, you are welcome to borrow gloves for the class. We also sell wraps in our pro shop. The wraps are used to stabilize the wrist, protect your knuckles and absorb sweat from your hands.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We do not allow shoes on the mat, but you can wear socks. The class is 45 minutes long; you will have someone will be there to assist you for your first session to help guide you.
