"I really enjoy going to the kickboxing classes at Troy Kickboxing Outfit. It's a well-rounded workout, and I appreciate that they incorporate a great warm up routine. I've had personal instructors in the past that did not do as good of a job warming up and stretching out to prevent injury. I also like the friendly, laid-back atmosphere and that every instructor and owner greets you by name. They're highly responsive via email. All around a great place to meet new people and stay in shape!"

"I LOVE Troy Kickboxing Outfit (TKO)! My friend invited me to check it out and I am so grateful she did! The workouts are great and their awesome instructors are so friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. They make the classes so much fun and the time flies by during our workouts. Beginners are so warmly welcomed there - they immediately make you feel part of the TKO family. And not only do I get to workout there, but my kids (ages 13 and 11) and their friends do too, since TKO offers classes for kids as well!
