Hey friends!

We are all guilty of getting into a negative mindset. 

Sometimes we forget that we are the author of our own story. 

A while ago I found the power of a vision board, particularly when I got sober... I looked back on that vision board a bit ago and realized that I had done all of it.

So join me in goal setting, holding a vision, and trusting your own process.

Let's create a vision that makes us hopeful and excited, and turn visions into victories big or small.

March 27th at 7pm at the studio

Please Bring: Images of inspiration, goals, dreams and values you want to achieve, something you want to purchase, a place you want to go, words you want to embody and embrace, etc. All of it!

We will supply: Appetizers, spirits, boards, art supplies and magazines. (If you have a specific vibe you're going for, you're encouraged to bring your own supplies too)

TKO Members: $20

Non TKO Members: $30

We will all make our boards together and then have the opportunity to share/put it into the universe!
