Have you wondered why you feel anxious, angry, or frustrated? Or why you are facing shutdown, helplessness, or overwhelm? The Polyvagal Theory helps us understand these feelings as signals of fight or flight, or freeze, and how we can return to a place of ease, safety, and connection.

This 2 ½ hour workshop is a space for learning, reflection, and support. You’ll explore how your nervous system moves through different states and to notice these shifts in your daily life. Together, we will weave in breathwork, mindfulness, and movement, offering tools to regulate and reconnect, including creating your own Personal Polyvagal Map, helping you identify what nurtures your sense of safety and what pulls you away from it. Followed by a 45-minute, all level slow flow yoga.
